A day could not pass, I could not give you ideas for dinner tonight. For today, I gladly cooked this dish, because I had 2 jars of yellow pods left in the jar from the can, in the winter. Pea beans can be prepared with any kind of meat you like: chicken liver, sausages, hammers, smoked meat, etc.
One thing is missing from today's post: the clarity of the images. The sun gave me headaches.
- 2 jars of string beans (yellow - green)
- 800 gr. chicken breast
- 1 large onion
- 4 - 5 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons tomato juice
- 1 large carrot (although I had proposed 2, one piece is enough)
- spices (salt, delicacy, pepper, paprika, chicken mix)
We wash the chicken breast and clean the skins. We will boil it whole, in a large saucepan, in which we set out to cook. Let it simmer for 50 minutes. At the first boil, add salt to taste (I use delicately, I like it better).

In the pan in which I cooked the chicken, cook the chopped onion and the sliced carrot. If a lot of oil has been used to fry the chicken, it will drain and remain a little on the bottom of the pan.
When the onion becomes glassy and the carrot slices are sufficiently penetrated by the oil, remove from the heat and add the thick tomato sauce. I can mix it here or in the pot, along with the pods, meat and the rest, but it is better in the pan.
I left it unmixed just to highlight the crushed garlic in the next picture.
I move the pieces of meat, the pods, the onion with the carrot in a pot, I add the clear chicken soup, the peppercorns, the bay leaf, the crushed garlic and a little salt. I put in the pot the rest of the oil in which the chicken and onion were fried.
You will put enough soup to cover the food. You can also use water or fill the soup with water. Put the lid on so that it is half open and simmer for about 15 minutes from the moment it starts to boil.
After this time I tasted and added a little more salt.
I stopped the fire and sprinkled the finely chopped green parsley.
I ate with appetite immediately, while the food was hot, which I wish you too.

sprinkle the almonds on top (I put them in the oven and after cooking, in a plate).
