The stars of spring new potatoes and greens! This dish can be eaten as such or as a side dish with a meat dish. Good appetite!
- new potatoes approx. 2000 g,
- green dill 1 link,
- corinadru 4-5 threads,
- green onion leaves,

RECIPE PREPARATION New potatoes with greens:
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a deep bowl, indicated to be a cast iron one. The potatoes are cut into larger pieces than usual for french fries, they are fried over high heat, approx. 15 minutes. Meanwhile, clean the greens and finely chop. After the potatoes are fried, remove them in a colander, season with salt and sprinkle with the chopped greens, stirring gently until incorporated.
