First location is set to open in Silver Lake, California, on May 25

Friends of 365 partners for the location include by Chloe, Allegro Coffee Company, and teaBOT.

365 by Whole Foods Market has officially released details on its first location. Located in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles, the store is set to open on May 25, 2016.

365 by Whole Foods Market is geared towards providing a “streamlined, quality-meets-value shopping experience” and appealing to a broader audience than its sister company.

There are no tattoo parlors here. The ‘Friends of 365’ partners at the Silver Lake location are by Chloe, Allegro Coffee Company, and teaBOT, according to a release.

“With each store, we’re looking to curate an experience that’s totally customized to that location. Allegro’s craft brew bar will provide a casual place for Silver Lake residents to relax before or after they shop, while teaBOT’s unique service will offer a quick, yet deeply personalized tea-making experience,” said Jeff Turnas, president of 365 by Whole Foods Market. “We’ve really dedicated ourselves to partner with like-minded companies that are doing new and interesting things in their respective field to bring a truly unique shopping experience that complements our thoughtfully curated selection of foods.”

For added convenience, the supermarket will offer online ordering and delivery through Instacart. Whole Foods currently offers this service to 19 markets and has recently announced plans to expand its partnership with the grocery shipping service.

The supermarket will offer a selection of Whole Foods 365 Everyday Value products, local, and branded products. Two additional 365 by Whole Foods Market locations will open in 2016: Bellevue, Washington and Portland Oregon; and up to ten stores are expected to open in 2017.
