Strawberries are very good for diabetics as they are rich in vitamins, fiber and have few carbohydrates. Consumption should not be exaggerated.
- 3 egg whites
- 400 g of strawberries
- 6 sachets of green sugar
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Strawberry foam:
We wash the strawberries and clean the tails. Strawberries are cut in half if they are small or sliced if they are larger. We put the egg whites in a bowl and mix them well. Add the green sugar sachets and mix well until the foam becomes very dense.
We mix the strawberries cut with foam and put them in the fridge for 15 minutes. Good appetite!
Serve in cups with fresh strawberries.
