Chilli chocolates are the latest Valentine's Day recipe this year, now I can put away all my heart-shaped molds and return to the classic shapes while not ceasing to pamper my Ivano;) If today you want to prepare the chocolates to give to your loved one and you want something more delicious, make these, chocolate and chilli are two flavors that bind together very well and are perfect for the occasion. Method
How to make chilli chocolates
Chop the chocolate into fairly small pieces
Simmer the cream with a peroncino inside then mash it well and leave to infuse
Filter the milk thus removing the chilli and add the chopped chocolate
stir vigorously until the chocolate is completely melted and then add some chopped chilli if you want them spicy
Pour the cream obtained into the molds
Put the chilli chocolates in the fridge for 3 hours
Remove from the molds and serve your Valentine's chocolates
