The Zucchini and Ricotta Dumplings they are a tasty main course that is very easy to make. They are prepared using grated raw courgettes to be combined in a mixture of ricotta, cheese, grapes and basil, before being cooked in the oven. Soft inside and crunchy on the outside, they are loved by young and old alike and need very few drops of oil!

How to make zucchini and ricotta meatballs

Wash the courgettes, trim them and grate them in a bowl.

Add the ricotta, the egg, the grated cheeses. salt and chopped basil.
Mix the ingredients to obtain the homogeneous mixture (if it is too soft, add a couple of tablespoons of breadcrumbs)
Now form the meatballs, and pass them in the breadcrumbs.

Now put the meatballs in a baking tray lined with parchment paper and drizzle with a drizzle of oil.
