The Jallarita
Yep, it's exactly what it sounds like: this jalapeño take on the margarita is served at Ranch 616 in Austin, Texas.

Ingredients
- 3 fresh jalapeño slices
- 1 1/4 Ounce Dulce Vida silver tequila
- 1 squeeze of agave nectar
- 1 1/4 Ounce fresh lime juice
Directions
Muddle the jalapeños and add the ingredients to a shaker. Shake all contents and serve on the rocks with a chile salt-garnished Collins glass. Garnish with a jalapeño slice with a lime twist.
