- 200 gr mozzarella (7-8 slices)
- 7-8 slices of canned dried tomatoes
- fresh rosemary leaves
- canned tomato oil

RECIPE PREPARATION Stuffed bread:
The dough left over from the tasty empanadas, I spread it on the work table greased with a little oil. I cut the mozzarella slices in half, as well as the dried tomato slices. I put slices of tomatoes on top of the dough, slices of mozzarella on top of the tomatoes, rosemary leaves. I rolled the dough with the filling in the middle, I put it in a cake pan greased with a little oil, I sprinkled a little pepper and canned tomato oil on top. I greased the bread well with oil, I let the bread rise for another 15 minutes and I put the tray in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Let the bread cool a bit, then portion and serve. Good appetite!!!
