I put the flour in a bowl, in the middle of it I put the crushed yeast, honey and 100 ml of warm water. I left it until blisters began to form on the surface of the liquid. I added the yolk, sour cream, vanilla extract and a little salt, then the rest of the water and mixed with a spoon. The resulting composition was sticky. I left it in a warm place for 20-25 minutes. I put the oil to heat in the pan and I sprinkled a little more oil on top of the dough. The dough is soft and it is quite difficult to work with it, but if we sprinkle oil on top, small donuts can form which are fried in hot oil.
