I'm back with my favorite recipe: chocolate cheesecake! It is a real delight and I am glad that I finally share it with you! All the desserts, lately, I made at Slow Cooker Crock-Pot 4.7L Digital because I don't like to sit and watch the oven, I get hot and I get sick unnecessarily. So I throw everything in the pot and after watching TV, I go outside or I'm a little lazy, especially if it's Sunday!
Let's see how this great thing is done :)


Method of preparation

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. We grind walnuts - I like to leave a quarter of it cut into large pieces.

Grate the orange peel and squeeze the juice from it.

Melt the chocolate in a bain marie and mix it with the sugar (all other ingredients must be prepared before melting the chocolate).

Mix all ingredients well.

Grease the bottom of the Crock-Pot with a little oil, then put baking paper cut according to its shape. Pour the composition into the Crock Pot slow cooker 4.7 L Digital, set to High temperature for half an hour, then switch to Low temperature and leave for 3-4 hours (check at the end to see that the cake is coagulated).

Let it cool a bit, then portion using a plastic spatula.

Because I put very little sugar in the composition, I generously pour honey on each portion. We add pomegranate seeds and eat with pleasure.

Why did I choose to prepare it for this slow cooker? Well, for almost all reasons: it is roomy, has a capacity of 7.5 l, perfect, I would say, for jams and jams, does not heat, keeps the aroma and color of the fruit and most importantly, I do not have to wait to keep it.

It is the ideal slow cooker for large families or when you want to fill the pantry with various cans.

I placed the fruit in the ceramic bowl of the appliance, added the sugar, the lemon juice, turned it on and did my job. All this time, he spun quietly on the balcony, at one point I even forgot about him :))

I always lacked large pots and pans in which I could prepare a larger amount of jam or zacusca, tomato sauce or something else. Now, what can I say & # 8230 my dream is achieved, plus it came out very fragrant and with a bright color the jam.
